Friendly environment, friendly staff and good dining facility. Also very convenient for Aberdeen town. Quiet at night and even though close to the main road, no traffic noise.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and excellent bar and restaurant.
I occupied room 16. Room size good. The is furniture really out-dated and not in a good shape. Outside the room just above the window there is a powerful light illuminating the parking lot. Even with the curtains closed at night time the room is illuminated. It’s very annoying. It should be easy enough to move the light by 1 meter to the left to resolve the problem. Second issue: a constant noise coming from the ventilation system.

Convenient to where we were visiting.
When we went down for our breakfast the waiter invited us to sit at separate tables which had one place set at each along with complete strangers. The other choice he gave us was to sit together, again with strangers. We refused and he said he would clear a table if we waited. When we got the table and were seated another complete stranger was invited to sit with us. As you can imagine my partner and I couldn't exactly have a private conversation. The waiters reason for lack of privacy was there were not enough breakfast tables as the others were set for lunch. Surely you know how many guests you have for breakfast and they should be first priority. We will not be coming back to your hotel and will not be recommending it after our experience

Decor bit old fashioned but being picky. Maybe get some more local staff?

Quiet area yet still within walking distance of City Centre. Quality of food very good, with a varying menu.

Welcoming willing staff who greeted you with a smile.Great location for city centre with secure parking. Good cooked breakfast to set you up for the day.
Mould growth in shower. Toilet seat needed replacing. Kettle sited on tray too close to returning wall which did not allow kettle to be lifted by the handle. Major risk of scalding.
